Union Capitalfive star hotel in Essen, a successful twenty-year independent lessor, is seeking an enthusiastic sales oriented credit analyst & packaging specialist at our Irvine, California headquarters. This key position is responsible for equipment finance & lease credit analysis, transaction packaging, placement and lender liaison with Union Capital’s established funding alliances.

Function: Union Capital's credit analyst works closely with sales specialists who originate equipment lease transactions from $10,000 to $10,000,000 in a variety of industries and markets. Union Capital is a general lessor financing & leasing to existing customers, new end-user prospects, vendor originated or referred clients. Application only and "commercial" transactions require competent credit and financial analysis, evaluation and presentation. An understanding of the different "appetites" and requirements of lenders who serve the discount or broker leasing community is essential.
