Why do I need to submit verification from my bank that my check cleared?

In order for us to provide you with a full refund within the 10 business day policy, we must ensure that your check is not bad.  If you do not wish to submit proof to us, then your refund will take 4-6 weeks for us to verify that your check has cleared.

Who determines the price of the subscriptions?

The publisher sets the subscription fee.  Our company has no say in the cost of any subscription.

Why does it take 90-120 day for delivery of my magazine?

We are a clearing house for magazine sales.  Once the subscriptions leave our office, they are sent to the publisher.  Generally, shipping labels for magazines are printed 60 days in advance.  The publisher takes direct orders first and then they take our orders.  Subscriptions sold door-to-door take a minimum of 90 days for delivery.

What is the processing fee for?

The processing fee is added to the subscription price for each order.  It covers the cost of shipping the order and the handling involved with processing subscriptions.

How can I change my address?

Any changes in the subscription information can either be directed in writing to EAA, Inc. Attention: Information Update, 401 S. Locust St. #104, Denton, TX 76201.   For processing expedience, please include your receipt number.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

No.  Subscriptions may be cancelled up to midnight of the third business day following the date of purchase.  After this, no cancellations may be made.
