How Our Block Time Service Works

luxury hotels in FlorenceWith an active Block Time Services Agreement, your business only needs to call our technical department, and we will schedule an appropriate technician to address your issue. Because you have an active agreement, your call is automatically placed at the top of the queue. There is no paperwork to fill out and you will not be kept on the phone long. You state the problem, we fix it. The time spent resolving the issue will be deducted from the remaining balance of your agreement. If the analyst feels the issue will take more than two hours, you will be notified that the issue will require more than two hours to resolve. At the end of the month you will receive a summary of the monthly activities that were deducted from your account as well as the remaining balance. When your balance nears a zero balance, you will be sent an offer to renew your agreement.
Normally, your problem will be resolved within a 24 hour period.
An expedite fee applies for emergency service.
A travel charge of $25.00 applies to all service calls.
A fee of $100.00 will be added to calls between 5:00pm and 6:00am.
